We don't get paid
until you do.
The reactivation service runs on one rule: we invoice when a patient books. If we run a campaign and nobody comes back, you pay nothing. The free resources, the content, the audit all run on the same logic. We'd rather give you something useful and earn your trust than convince you with a pitch.
Your patients already trust you. We just bring them back in. SMS and email, sent under your name, booked into your calendar.
Everything we learn goes up for free. Guides, tools, audits. Take what's useful.
We share because we'd want someone to share it with us. The more people know, the more everyone can do.
How we operate.
We don't charge retainers or setup fees. We get paid when your calendar fills. Nothing else to it.
You approve every message before it goes out. You own your patient list. We're an extension of your practice, not a vendor you have to manage.
We signed BAAs before we signed clients. HIPAA isn't a checkbox for us, it's the foundation. Your patients' data is handled the way it deserves to be.
No fake numbers, no locked-in contracts, no surprises. If something isn't working, we tell you. If we don't deliver, you don't pay.
We document everything.
