Overview
LDS Ventures LLC, doing business as Luda AI ("Luda AI," "we," "us," or "our"), provides AI-powered automation services to home service businesses. As part of these services, Luda AI and its business Clients may send SMS (text) messages to individuals who have opted in to receive communications.
These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern all SMS communications sent by Luda AI directly and on behalf of our Clients. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Who Sends SMS Messages
2.1 Luda AI Direct Communications
Luda AI may send SMS messages directly to individuals who have submitted their phone number via our website at goluda.ai or during a service inquiry or onboarding interaction. These messages may include:
- Responses to service inquiries submitted through our website
- Appointment confirmations or reminders for demos or onboarding calls
- Follow-up messages related to a specific service interaction
- Important service or account notifications
2.2 SMS Sent on Behalf of Clients
Luda AI operates as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and technology platform. We send automated SMS messages on behalf of our home service business Clients — including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and general contracting companies — to their customers. These messages may include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Follow-up messages on estimates or quotes
- Review requests following completion of a service job
- Outbound lead qualification messages to individuals who submitted a service request
Each Client is solely responsible for obtaining valid prior consent from their customers before SMS messages are sent on their behalf. Luda AI processes these messages as a technology service provider under the instructions of the Client.
Opt-In and Consent
SMS messages are only sent to individuals who have provided prior express consent. Consent may be obtained through one or more of the following methods:
- Website form submission — by submitting a contact, estimate request, or inquiry form that includes clear opt-in language adjacent to the phone number field
- Service interaction — by verbally or electronically agreeing to receive SMS communications during a service call or booking
- Client opt-in process — by completing an opt-in process managed by one of our home service business Clients
Message Frequency and Content
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the service and your interactions. You may receive:
- One or more messages in response to a specific inquiry or service request
- Recurring messages as part of an appointment reminder or follow-up sequence
- A single review request message following a completed service job
We will never send unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to a service you have requested or a business relationship that exists between you and one of our Clients.
How to Opt Out or Get Help
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. The following keywords are supported and processed automatically:
Opting out of SMS does not affect any other communication channels such as email or phone calls. You may opt back in at any time by re-submitting your contact information or by texting START.
Costs and Carrier Information
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are assessed by your mobile carrier and are not charged by Luda AI.

- SMS availability may vary depending on your carrier and device
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- Luda AI does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for carrier-related delays or failures
Privacy and Data Use
Your phone number and any information shared via SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes
- Your phone number is used solely to deliver the SMS communications described in these SMS Terms
- SMS message content and metadata may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy
- You have the right to request deletion of your data by contacting us at david@goluda.ai

Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued receipt of SMS messages after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
