Effective Date: July 15th, 2026
Last Updated: July 20th, 2026
LDS Enterprise LLC, doing business as Luda AI ("Luda AI," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website located at goluda.ai (the "Site") and provides web development and AI automation services to small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to goluda.ai and our related services. It does not apply to any HIPAA-regulated services, patient data, or protected health information, which are governed by separate notices where applicable.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Cookie consent choices are managed via the banner shown on first visit, and can be changed at any time by clearing browser storage and reloading the Site.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Contact and lead forms. When you submit our qualifying contact form (for example, on our web development landing page), we collect:
- Business name
- Whether you currently have a website
- Your main goal for the project
- Your timeline
- Your email address and/or phone number
Email signup. If you join our email list from the homepage, we collect your email address.
Direct communications. If you email us, message us on social media, or otherwise contact us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share, including your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel), a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., on our Site. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit, including pages viewed and actions taken on the Site (for example, submitting our contact form), and uses cookies to do so. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, build custom and lookalike audiences, and retarget visitors with relevant ads.
Meta may combine information collected through the Pixel with other information it has about you from your use of Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta products, and may use this data consistent with Meta's own Data Policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. We do not control how Meta uses this data once it is received. You can learn more about how Meta uses information from advertising partners, and manage your ad preferences, through your Meta account "Ad Preferences" settings, or by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4), an analytics tool provided by Google LLC, on our Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, time on site, and the channel that brought you to the Site. We use this data to understand traffic patterns and improve the Site. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Standard technical data. Like most websites, our Site and hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and general usage data for security and performance purposes.
Vercel Web Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool provided by our hosting provider, Vercel, to understand aggregate visitor traffic such as page views, top pages, and referral sources. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect Through the Site
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through the Site. If you become a client and payment or contracting details are exchanged, that information is handled outside the Site directly with you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our web development and AI automation services
- Evaluate whether our services are a fit for your business
- Send you information you've requested, such as our free preview or resources
- Send occasional emails about guides, tools, and updates if you've opted in
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising
- Maintain and secure the Site
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for any purpose beyond operating and marketing our business.
3. How We Store Your Information
Form submissions are stored in our own private database (Supabase). We do not route form submissions through third-party CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or email service providers as part of the standard qualifying-form flow. Internally, only David and Lucas (the founders of Luda AI) have access to this data.
If, in the future, we adopt additional tools that involve sharing your information with a third-party vendor (for example, a CRM or email marketing platform), we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect that.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Meta Platforms, Inc., via the Meta Pixel, as described in Section 1.2
- Service providers who host or support our Site's infrastructure (such as Vercel for hosting and Supabase for data storage), solely to the extent needed to operate the Site
- As required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
The Site uses cookies placed by the Meta Pixel for advertising and retargeting purposes, as described in Section 1.2. We do not currently use other analytics or advertising cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; note that doing so may affect how ads related to our business are shown to you elsewhere, but will not affect your ability to use the Site itself.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states. These rights may include the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you
- Request access to or a copy of that information
- Request that we delete your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (see below)
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" under some state laws because it allows Meta to use data for advertising purposes. To opt out of this sharing, you can:
- Decline to submit our contact form or join our email list, and/or
- Adjust your ad preferences directly through Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences, and/or
- Contact us using the information in Section 9 and we will honor opt-out requests related to our own use of your data
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at lucas@goluda.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Email Communications
If you sign up for our email list or submit our contact form, we may send you marketing emails about our services, guides, and updates. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to be removed from our list. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including honoring opt-out requests promptly and using accurate sender information in all commercial emails.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
